1 – ASSESSMENT OF THE MACHINE'S USEFUL LIFE

What does my machine still have to offer? Do I need a new one? Many business owners ask themselves these and other questions before investing. They rarely have the opportunity to exchange views with experts.

We prepare a hundred-page expert report detailing the client's total cost of ownership. In a second stage, we recommend how and when to do what. “With a large machine, you can't simply dismantle something and start from there; otherwise, the machine will collapse. Constructive know-how is required.” Our reports are a prerequisite for recommending a “retrofit” or modernization and determining the machine's lifespan.

2 – RETRO FIT

The useful lifespan of machines is often underestimated. What would be the only possible destination for scrap is the basis for a successful modernization intervention and even an increase in productivity.

3 – INSPECTIONS

These services will ensure operational safety through regular review and inspection actions. The condition and wear of all special machine components are inspected on-site.

We realized that the advancement of imported machines in Brazil, in addition to old machines, would open up a market niche in which we present with full capacity through:
